According to the proposal for the Laguna Lăng Cô facility, submitted to the Hanoi central authorities, the casino will spend about $ 250 million. It is expected that the expansion of Laguna Lăng Co, opened in April 2013, will be completed by 2022, with total investments increasing to $ 2 billion .

The new rules regarding tax benefits for casino facilities will not apply to the Laguna Lăng Cô resort.
